• Fire resistance (WBDBO) 60 minutes determined  in case of a fire from outside and a fire from the inside on all criteria of PGS 15:2016 Version 1.0, Regulation 3.2.9.
• Main load-bearing structure  determined in accordance with European and Dutch standards:

Execution:

• Storage layers formed by separate pallet rack(s) with height-adjustable shelves

• Racking units galvanized; RAL 5010/blue beams.
 
• Shelf performed in accordance with NPR 5054 and the NEN standard 5051.

Main structure:

.

• Welded steel main supporting structure based on a structural strength calculation (for the chosen application) according to the Building Regulations and the aforementioned European and Dutch standards for steel structures.
• Steel construction manufactured in blank steel, degreased and coated with approx. 80 µm zinc phosphate epoxy coating in the colour RAL 7040/window grey.
• Fire resistance
• Fire resistance on the criterion "failure" (R-60 for main support structures).

Casing:

Insulation value [W/m2K] :  0.47 (according to EN ISO 6946).
• Sound insulation value (through air) Rw (C:Ctr):   32 dB.
• Use exterior colour;  a Myrialac® primer and polyester coating in RAL 7035/grey.
• Inside color; a Myrialac® primer and polyester coating in RAL 9002/white.
• Fire resistance of the sandwich panels = 60 minutes in accordance with: NEN 6069, NBN 713-020: 1968, Test standards EN 1363-1 & 1364-1 (EI-60 for walls), Test standard EN 1364-2 (RE-60 for ceilings / roofs), Classification standard EN 13501-2.

Sliding door (EI160):

.

• Single-leaf manual sliding door with handles and lockable by central padlock with two keys
.
• Sliding doors hung in a galvanized top guide rail on double adjustable runners.
• Sliding doors are fitted with a central locking system.
• Sliding doors can be opened in any position and will close automatically in the event of fire.
• .
  Sliding door leafs standard design for indoor or outdoor use and painted on both sides in RAL 7035/light grey

• Fire resistance of the sliding doors = 60 minutes in accordance with: NEN 6069, Test standard: EN 1364-1 (EI-1-60 for doors), Classification standard: EN 13501-2, Tested and certified in accordance with European standard EN 16034:2014, Tested and certified for wind load and mechanical stability in accordance with European standard EN 13241+A2:2016-10.

Sliding door monitoring:

• The sliding doors are monitored by a fuse, which breaks at a temperature of about 70 º C, and the open sliding doors are then pulled closed by a drop weight.

Vents:

• Access and exhaust air is provided by diametrically opposed ventilation openings fitted with flame retardant mesh and fire resistant louvres, which are automatically closed in the event of fire.
• Ventilation openings on the inside and outside  finished with galvanized blade grids.

• Possibility of earthing via the base plate and the foundation anchor.
Standard equipped with foot plates for anchoring to the foundation (excluding anchors)..
Designation of the vessel:

• Danger signs by means of pictograms in accordance with PGS 15, Ø and/or ? 200 mm, symbol: "smoking and naked flames forbidden"  and  "flammable (liquid) substances" (other pictograms available on request)
Foundation:
.
• The entire area under the storage facility(ies) must be paved, level (no bleed!) and levelled by the principal. The foundation must be able to withstand the expected loads. Complaints attributable to incorrect foundations fall outside the warranty.
